As an amendment to motion S6M-02327 in the name of Anas Sarwar (Protecting Patient Safety at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital), insert at end “; recognises that ultimate responsibility lies with the Scottish Government, and therefore calls for a further independent inquiry into the ministerial response to avoidable deaths at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.”
