Scotland’s Energy Opportunity

That the Parliament agrees that Scotland’s energy transformation provides a generational opportunity to grow the economy, create more high-quality jobs, strengthen communities across Scotland, and place Scotland at the heart of the solution to Europe’s energy security challenge; calls on the UK Government to deliver a stable, transparent policy, regulatory and investment environment to enable timely energy deployment in Scotland at scale, and to deepen Scotland's relationship with the rest of Europe on energy, and agrees to work together to accelerate energy deployment and ensure that the full benefits of Scotland’s energy transformation are realised for the people of Scotland.
