Until 14 May 2026, I was the Member of Parliament for Aberdeen South (House of Commons, London, SW1A 0AA). I worked full time in this role prior to my election, attending the House of Commons weekly when it was in session. I received remuneration of between £95,001 and £100,000 per annum. Upon my election as an MSP, I received no additional income from holding a dual mandate for 6 days as the salary was deducted from my MSP salary. All of my expenses in my UK Parliament role are publicly available on the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority website at www.theipsa.org.uk. And my registrable interests as an MP were available on the UK Parliament website at www.parliament.uk.
