Remuneration and related undertaking

I am a Councillor for Falkirk Council (The Foundary, 4 Central Boulevard, Central park, Larbert FK5 4RU). I spend around 25 hours per week on this role. I receive remuneration of between £25,001 and £30,000 per annum. The basic rate of the councillor salary is deducted from my MSP salary.

Until 18 June 2026, when I resigned, I was as a Key Account Manager (Scotland) for Peter Cox Ltd (Rentokil Initial PLC; experts in property preservation; of 1 Aquarius Court, Viking Way, Rosyth, KY11 2DW). Prior to my election, I worked 40 hours per week and following my election I worked 15 hours per week. I received remuneration of between £40,001 and £45,000 per annum including an allowance for a company car. I expect to receive a final payment of £1,951.40 on 6 July 2026.
