As an amendment to motion S6M-19123 in the name of Pam Duncan-Glancy (Mobile Phones in Schools), insert at end “, and acknowledges that the Scottish Government’s Guidance on Mobile Phones in Scotland's Schools makes clear that headteachers are empowered to implement full bans, should their professional judgment see fit to do so.”
