Good morning. The first item of business is consideration of business motion S3M-6172, in the name of Bruce Crawford, on behalf of the Parliamentary Bureau, which sets out a timetable for the stage 3 consideration of the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Bill. Any member who wishes to speak against the motion should press their request-to-speak button now.
Motion moved,
That the Parliament agrees that, during Stage 3 of the Control of Dogs (Scotland) Bill, debate on groups of amendments shall, subject to Rule 9.8.4A, be brought to a conclusion by the time limit indicated, that time limit being calculated from when the Stage begins and excluding any periods when other business is under consideration or when a meeting of the Parliament is suspended (other than a suspension following the first division in the Stage being called) or otherwise not in progress:
Groups 1 to 3: 20 minutes.—[Bruce Crawford.]
Mr Kerr has pressed his request-to-speak button, but I assume that he has done so for the next debate rather than to object to the business motion.
Yes.
As no member has asked to speak against the motion—I assume that Mr Purvis has done the same as Mr Kerr—I will put the question.
The question is, that motion S3M-6172, in the name of Bruce Crawford, be agreed to.
Motion agreed to.
