I own shares in Boyndie Wind Farm Co-operative Limited (an Industrial and Provident Society) but neither their nominal or market value nor their proportion of that company’s total share issue require them to be registered.

From time to time I participate in surveys which result in payments to voluntary bodies nominated by me. I receive no financial benefit from this.

I am Honorary Vice-President of Railfuture UK. I receive neither remuneration nor expenses as a consequence of this appointment and am not a director of this body.
