5 Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the Scottish Government's response to points raised on the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1. It agreed to report to the lead Committee on the Bill, the Rural Affairs and Islands Committee, subject to signing-off final changes via correspondence.


6 Quarterly report (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report for the parliamentary quarter from 23 September to 7 December 2023 and agreed to publish the finalised report.
