The Committee considers its work programme regularly to maintain a rolling programme of business. The Committee's main business over coming months will include:
National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will undertake additional scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 2 in Autumn/Winter 2024.
Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill: The Committee issued a call for written evidence in June 2024, which will close in August. The Committee plans to hold oral evidence sessions as part of its Stage 1 scrutiny in late 2024.
Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1 in due course.
