I welcome everyone to the 27th meeting in 2020 of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee.
Under agenda item 1, it is proposed that the committee takes items 5 and 6 in private, as those items involve consideration of reports that will be published when they have been agreed.

Also on the agenda is SSI 2020/268. Yesterday, members will have received a written submission from Shelter Scotland, in which it highlights some concerns about the order. I am mindful that members will have just seen that note and that we have time to consider the instrument at our next meeting.
Are members therefore content to defer the committee’s consideration of the instrument until Tuesday 15 September?
