The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

3 Report by James Withers on Independent Review of the Skills Delivery Landscape:
The Committee took evidence from James Withers.
4 Bankruptcy and Diligence (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 2 and agreed to invite money advice organisations to give evidence on the Bill and to reschedule the evidence session with the Minister for Community Wealth and Public Finance.
5 Report by James Withers on Independent Review of the Skills Delivery Landscape (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 3.
6 Correspondence (In Private):
The Committee considered a letter from the Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy and agreed to invite the Chief Executive of Glasgow Prestwick Airport and the Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy to give evidence at a future meeting.

The Committee continued consideration of its approach to the inquiry and agreed to invite additional witnesses.
