Welcome back. Agenda item 3 is consideration of the annual report. Do members have any comments on its content?
I have a query that I suspect relates principally to the predecessor committee. The report begins by saying that it is for the parliamentary year 2014-15 but, of course, this committee was formed only halfway through that year. I take it, then, that there is no requirement to provide an annual report on behalf of the predecessor committee.
A report might have been provided, but the committee that would have approved it does not exist any more.
And there is no continuity between the two.

I have one other point, convener. The reference in the third paragraph on page 2 should be to “the Scottish independence referendum”, not “the Scottish independence reference”. Apart from that, I am happy with the report.
