The Committee took evidence from—

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Higher and Further Education; and Minister for Veterans and to invite him to give evidence at a future meeting. The Committee agreed to delegate responsibility to the Convener and Deputy Convener for final approval of the letter.

The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Higher and Further Education; and Minister for Veterans to seek more information in respect of SSI 2023/142 The Education (Fees and Student Support) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023.
