1 Deaths in custody:
The Committee considered correspondence received from the Scottish Government, NHS Scotland, the Scottish Prison Service, HM Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland and the Scottish Human Rights Commission. The Committee agreed to seek an update from Gill Imery, Chair of the Deaths in Prison Custody Action Group and to write to the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
2 Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018:
The Committee considered correspondence received from the Cabinet Secretary for Justice and Home Affairs.
3 Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee reviewed the evidence heard previously on parts 1 to 3 of the Bill.
4 Pre-Budget Scrutiny (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft report on its pre-budget scrutiny. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
