The Committee took evidence from—

Professor Iain Gillespie, Former Principal and Vice-Chancellor, University of Dundee.

Michael Marra declared an interest as a former employee of the University of Dundee, stating that his time there overlapped with Professor Iain Gillespie for a short period.

Maggie Chapman indicated an interest as the incoming Rector of the University of Dundee, an unpaid role which will commence in August 2025.
