The Committee considered its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1. The Committee agreed a schedule of witnesses to invite to give oral evidence.
The Committee continued its consideration of a draft Stage 1 report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a further revised draft, in private, at its next meeting.
