To ask the Scottish Government, in light of reported information from National Records of Scotland stating that, in the second quarter of 2024, Dumfries and Galloway had the highest stillbirth rate, perinatal death rate and extended perinatal death rate in Scotland, as well as one of the highest infant death rates and neonatal death rates in Scotland, whether it has any plans to launch an investigation into healthcare outcomes for expectant mothers and infants in Dumfries and Galloway.

To ask the Scottish Government, as part of its efforts to reduce child poverty, whether it plans to expand the eligibility criteria for the Young Patients Family Fund to include those regularly travelling as day-patients for cancer treatment, in light of Young Lives vs Cancer's #RunningOnEmpty research, which states that one in five families have had to take on debt, and a third have fallen behind on household bills, to help cover the cost of travelling to receive treatment for their or their child's cancer treatment, due to travelling over 400 miles every month on average.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to expedite the delivery of the Veterans Homelessness Prevention Pathway, in light of it having been two years since publication and the reported delay in implementation having been cited as a concern in the Scottish Veterans Commissioner progress reports in both 2023 and 2024, and, if so, how it plans to do so.
