The second item is to choose a convener. The Parliament has agreed that only members of the Scottish Labour Party are eligible to be nominated as convener of the committee and, that being the case, I invite nominations for the position.
I nominate Lewis Macdonald.

Congratulations to Lewis on his appointment. I will now hand over the chair to him so that he can carry on the meeting.
