I welcome everyone to the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee’s 12th meeting in session 5. Apologies have been received from Stuart McMillan.

Decision on Taking Business in Private
Under agenda item 2, it is proposed that the committee agree to take items 6 and 7 in private. Item 6 is consideration of the committee’s first quarterly report for 2016-17 and item 7 provides an opportunity to discuss aspects of the committee’s work programme. Does the committee agree to consider those items in private?
