1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.


2. Disability employment gap:

The Committee took evidence from—

Carmel McKeogh, Operations Director, DFN Project SEARCH;

Charlie McMillan, Chief Executive, Scottish Commission for People with Learning Disabilities;

Joanna Panese, Practice and Community Development Lead, Scottish Autism;

Alan Thornburrow, Chief Executive Officer, Salvesen Mindroom Centre.


3. Disability employment gap (In Private):

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.


4. Post-Legislative Scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft, in private, at a future meeting



5. Annual report (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2023 to 12 May 2024 and the report was agreed for publication.
