1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.


2. Petroineos Grangemouth:

The Committee took evidence from—

Iain Hardie, Head of Legal and External Affairs, Petroineos Manufacturing Scotland Limited; and

Colin Pritchard, Sustainability Director, INEOS Grangemouth;

and then from—

Neil Gray, Cabinet Secretary for Wellbeing Economy, Fair Work and Energy;

Kenneth MacDermid, Head of Critical Energy Infrastructure and Commercial Projects, Energy         Industries Division; and

     Susie Townend, Interim Deputy Director, Energy Industries Division, Scottish Government.


3. Petroineos Grangemouth:

The Committee considered the evidence heard earlier under agenda item 2.


4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 (In Private):

The Committee agreed who to invite to give oral evidence.




5. Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report. Minor changes were agreed and the report was agreed for publication.


6. Economic Activity of Public Bodies (Overseas Matters) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report and the report was agreed for publication.


7. Work programme (In Private):

The Committee agreed to invite representatives of the hospitality and tourism sectors to give evidence.
