The Committee considered its work programme. The Committee agreed to write to Liam McArthur (member in charge of the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill) to seek his views on the draft Scotland Act (Modification of Schedule 5) Order 2026, prior to Committee consideration of the draft Order at its meeting on 20 January.
