Dr Sandesh Gulhane declared an interest as a practising NHS GP.

Clare Haughey declared an interest as holding a bank nurse contract for NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

The Committee took evidence on the Food Supplements (Magnesium L-threonate monohydrate) (Scotland) Regulations 2026 from—

The Committee considered a draft report on the Food Supplements (Magnesium L-threonate monohydrate) (Scotland) Regulations 2026. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the draft report for publication.

The Committee also agreed to make no recommendations in relation to the Public Bodies (Joint Working) (Integration Joint Boards) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025.
