2. Employment Rights Bill (UK Parliament legislation):

The Committee took evidence from—

Karen Hedge, Deputy Chief Executive, Scottish Care;

Dave Moxham, Deputy General Secretary, Scottish Trades Union Congress;

Lesley de Jaeger, Director of People and Culture, Cornerstone, attending on behalf of Coalition of Care and Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS).

Dr Sandesh Gulhane MSP declared an interest as a practicing NHS GP, a current member of the British Medical
Association and a previous chair of the GP trainees committee.

Emma Harper MSP declared an interest as a registered nurse.

3. Subordinate legislation:

The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government to request further information about the following negative instrument and to consider the instrument at a future meeting—

4. Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—
