The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed that a revised report would be circulated and agreed by email. The Committee also agreed to send a copy of the report, once published, to the Convener of the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee.
The Committee considered a draft letter to the Scottish Government and agreed to consider a revised draft at its next meeting.
