The Committee took evidence from—
Professor Colin McKay, Centre for Mental Health and Capacity Law, Edinburgh Napier University and Member of the Scottish Mental Health Law Review Team.
3 Fireworks and Pyrotechnic Articles (Scotland) Act 2022 Implementation Timetable:
The Committee considered correspondence from the Scottish Government. The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Community Safety.
4 Scottish Mental Health Law Review (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. The Committee agreed to write to the Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care.
5 Bail and Release from Custody (Scotland) Bill (In Private):
The Committee considered a revised draft Stage 1 report. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
