3 Scottish Biometrics Commissioner Draft Code of Practice (In Private):
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Biometrics Commissioner.
4 Annual report (In Private):
The Committee considered a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
5 Business planning day (In Private):
The Committee agreed an outline programme for its business planning day.
6 Work programme (In Private):
The Committee considered its work programme. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government, Police Scotland and the Scottish Police Authority on various issues related to policing and mental health, dealing with people in custody and tackling online child abuse, grooming and exploitation.
