The Committee completed Stage 2 consideration of the Bill.

The Committee took evidence on the Surrender of Offensive Weapons (Compensation) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [draft] and the Criminal Justice Act 1988 (Offensive Weapons) (Amendment, Surrender and Compensation) (Scotland) Order 2022 [draft] from—
