1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private and also agreed to consider the draft report on the legal mechanism for any independence referendum inquiry in private at a future meeting.

2. Budget Scrutiny 2026-27:

The Committee took evidence from—

Iain Munro, Chief Executive and Alastair Evans,Director of Strategy and Planning, Creative Scotland ;
