The Committee took evidence on the Dangerous Dogs (Compensation and Exemption Schemes) (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/70) from—

2. Subordinate legislation:

Christine Grahame moved—

S6M-12516—That the Criminal Justice Committee recommends that the Dangerous Dogs (Compensation and Exemption Schemes) (Scotland) Order 2024 (SSI 2024/70) be annulled.

After debate, the motion was disagreed to (by division: For 0, Against 8, Abstentions 0).


3. Victims, Witnesses, and Justice Reform (Scotland) Bill (In Private):

The Committee continued its consideration of a draft Stage 1 report. Various changes were agreed to, and the report was agreed for publication.
