Questions and answers

Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

  • Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)
  • Other questions such as Topical, Portfolio, General and First Minister's Question Times are taken in the Chamber

To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to its news release SEJD453r/2004, whether it has received a response from the Auditor General for Scotland in regard to an audit of the contract between it and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd and, if so, when an Audit Scotland investigation into whether the contract conforms to the relevant guidance and standards for such contracts will begin and how long such an investigation can be expected to take.
