Question
To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will publish details of “reasonable evidence of failure(s) of the Services provided by the Service Provider to the Authority under the Contract”, as referred to in Schedule 3, clause 5.4 of Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland.
