Question
To ask the Scottish Executive, with reference to Schedule 3, clause 5.3 in Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland, (a) what the percentage rate for deduction is and (b) what percentage will be deducted in respect of any disputes or claims against the service provider.
