Question

To ask the Scottish Executive whether the service provider will have the right to appeal in the event of a dispute or arbitration procedure where there exists reasonable evidence of failure(s), as referred to in Schedule 3, clause 5.4 of Contract between The Scottish Ministers and Reliance Secure Task Management Ltd for the Provision of Prisoner Escort & Court Custody Services in Scotland.
