Interests

Good morning and welcome to the first meeting in session 7 of the Finance and Public Administration Committee. I have received no apologies for today’s meeting.

The purpose of our first agenda item is to enable each member of the committee to declare any relevant interests, in accordance with section 3 of the code of conduct. I will begin, and I will then ask each member in turn to declare any relevant interests.

I hold a bank nurse contract with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde.

I am 100 per cent shareholder and director of Trinity Kerr Ltd, which is a provider of legal services. That interest will not often be relevant, but I will make an appropriate declaration if it is.

I hold a dual mandate as an elected member of West Lothian Council and an MSP. Until last month, I was also employed by the National Youth Choir of Scotland. I received a final payment this month, after being elected as an MSP, but as I no longer work for the organisation, I do not think that that will be relevant in future.
