Item 3 is subordinate legislation. There are two instruments that are subject to negative procedure to be considered—one on seed fees and one on traffic signs. I remind members that we have already made declarations of interests, but it might be useful to do it again because we suspended the meeting. I am a member of an agricultural farming partnership.

I own a small agricultural holding.

I, too, am a member of a farming partnership.

I confirm that no motions to annul the instruments have been lodged. Does the committee therefore agree to make no recommendation on the instruments?
