Good morning and welcome to the 17th meeting in 2019 of the Finance and Constitution Committee. We have received apologies from Murdo Fraser. I make the usual request about mobile phones.
Agenda item 1 is to welcome our two new members, Gordon MacDonald and John Mason, to the committee and invite them to declare any relevant interests.
I have nothing to declare.
The most relevant thing for me is that I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
Thank you for that declaration. I take this opportunity to thank Emma Harper and Willie Coffey for their hard and diligent work during their time on the committee.
