The Committee considered a draft letter on its culture scrutiny preceding the Scottish Government’s Budget 2027-28. Various changes were agreed to and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft by correspondence.
The Committee considered its approach to devolution oversight and its first quarterly devolution oversight monitoring report. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government and the UK Government regarding intergovernmental engagement in advance of the November EU-UK summit.
The Committee considered and agreed a draft response to the Senedd Constitution, Justice and External Affairs Committee inquiry into its inter-institutional relations agreement.
