The Committee considered a note from the Clerk and agreed to recommend minor Standing Orders rule changes to the Parliament. The Committee also agreed to write to the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body in relation to a possible change to Rule 9.14 and to the Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee in relation to Temporary Rule 4.
The Committee considered a note from the Clerk and agreed to consider a draft report in private at a future meeting.
The Committee discussed its approach to the Freedom of Information Reform (Scotland) Bill after Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Member in Charge and the Parliamentary Bureau.
