1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.


2. Freedom of Information Reform (Scotland) Bill:

The Committee took evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from—

Katy Clark, Member in charge of the Bill, Scottish Parliament;

Carole Ewart, Director, Campaign for Freedom of Information in Scotland (CFoIS).


3. Evidence Session (in private):

The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.


4. ‘A Parliament for All’ - Report of the Parliament’s Gender Sensitive Audit (in private):

The Committee considered a note from the Clerk.


5. Guidance on the Code of Conduct (in private):

The Committee considered a note from the Clerk and agreed changes to the Guidance on the Code of Conduct in relation to the Presiding Officer’s guidance on conduct in the Chamber.
