The Committee took evidence on the Social Security (Up-rating) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 [draft] and the Social Security Up-rating (Scotland) Order 2024 [draft] from—

S6M-12001—That the Social Justice and Social Security Committee recommends that the Social Security (Up-rating) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 [draft] be approved.
