1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take item 3 in private.

2. Draft Climate Change Plan(In Private):

The Committee considered a draft report. Various changes were agreed to, and the Committee agreed to consider a revised draft, in private, at its next meeting.

3. The Railways Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (In Private):

The Committee considered its approach to the legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-69) and supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-69a) lodged by Fiona Hyslop MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Transport. The Committee agreed to invite the Cabinet Secretary for Transport to give evidence to the Committee at a future meeting.
