and then from—

Councillor Shona Morrison, President, Councillor Steven Heddle, Vice President and Brianna Fletcher, Policy Officer, Human Rights and Equalities, COSLA.

Ariane Burgess MSP declared an interest as her brother is a Councillor.

Gordon MacDonald MSP also declared an interest as his wife is a Councillor.
