1. Declaration of interests:

Katy Clark indicated that she had no relevant interests to declare.

The Committee agreed to take item 7 in private.

The Committee took evidence from—

Mike Hedges MS, Chair, Legislation, Justice and Constitution Committee , Senedd Cymru (Welsh Parliament);

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—
