4. Animal Welfare (Import of Dogs, Cats and Ferrets) Bill (UK Parliament legislation) (in private):

The Committee considered the Legislative Consent Memorandum and powers to make subordinate legislation within devolved competence in this Bill. It agreed to write to the Scottish Government.
