1. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 5, 6 and 7 in private.


2. Instruments subject to affirmative procedure:

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following—

4. Instruments not subject to any parliamentary procedure:

The Committee agreed that no points arose on the following— 

Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2024 (SSI 2024/242 (C.20))




5. Right to Addiction Recovery (Scotland) Bill (in private):

The Committee considered the delegated powers provisions in this Bill at Stage 1 and agreed to write to the Member in charge of the Bill, Douglas Ross MSP.


6. Work of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee 2023-24 (in private):

The Committee considered a draft report outlining the work of the Committee during the parliamentary year 2023-24 and agreed to publish the finalised report.


7. Work programme (in private):

The Committee considered its upcoming evidence session with the Minister for Parliamentary Business and agreed a future visit to the Scottish Law Commission.
