The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the Prisons and Young Offenders Institutions (Scotland) Amendment Rules 2021 (SSI 2021/446) to the next Committee meeting on 19 January 2022.
The Committee considered the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1. The Committee agreed to write to the Scottish Government, Police Scotland and the Scottish Prison Service.
