1. Declaration of interests:

Sue Webber indicated that she did not have any relevant interests to declare.


2. Decision on taking business in private:

The Committee agreed to take items 4 and 5 in private.


3. Scottish Elections (Representation and Reform) Bill:

The Committee took evidence from—

Detective Chief Inspector Craig Chisholm, Police Scotland.


4. Committee Adviser (in private):

The Committee agreed its preferred candidate for the post of adviser in connection with its inquiry into Committee Effectiveness.


5. ‘A Parliament for All’: Report of the Parliament’s Gender Sensitive Audit (in private):

The Committee gave further consideration to recommendations in the Gender Sensitive Audit report and agreed to write to the Presiding Officer.
