The Committee agreed to take items 2 and 4 in private.
The Committee agreed that consideration of the draft report on the legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61), supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61a), and second supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61b) on the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill should be taken in private at a future meeting (or meetings).
The Committee agreed consideration of the draft report on stage 1 of the Ecocide (Scotland) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings. Monica Lennon took no part in relation to this decision.
The Committee considered a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64 and supplementary legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64a. Various changes were agreed to. The Committee delegated to the Convener responsibility for finalising the draft report for publication.

The Committee agreed a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary for Climate Action and Energy on the draft Climate Change Plan. The Committee agreed to defer consideration of the evidence heard to a future meeting. The Committee also agreed to defer consideration of the evidence heard at its meeting on 16 December to a future meeting.
