1. Decision on taking business in private

The Committee will decide whether to take items 2 and 4 in private.

The Committee will also decide whether consideration of the draft report on the legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61), supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61a), and second supplementary legislative consent memorandum (LCM-S6-61b) on the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Bill should be taken in private at future meetings.

The Committee will decide whether consideration of the draft report on stage 1 of the Ecocide (Scotland) Bill should be taken in private at future meetings.


2. Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Bill (UK Parliament legislation)

The Committee will consider a draft report on the legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64 and supplementary legislative consent memorandum LCM-S6-64a.
